2024 was ADPTV’s third consecutive year being an integral part of the Day Zero team in Tulum. We acted as head of all operations and road management to plan and execute a multifunctional foundation for access across the festival grounds, both physical and digital. By leading traffic operations, we developed a system for crowd safety and worked with local officials to minimize the impact on the community’s day-to-day. To aid with the overall access control process, we built a digital system that streamlined the ticketing experience for both guests and our box office staff.
