Because of our team’s tenacity, we were able to accomplish what the client had in mind. In this short time, we sourced the parking structure, secured the necessary permitting for it, and leveled the rugged rooftop for optimal presentation. To accentuate the creative contrast, we designed and delivered an immersive experience that took guests on an adventure through a gritty parking garage to an elevator that transported them to an environment bursting with floral elements and soundscapes as they walked toward the main event space. A rotating stage was built to allow for the foam car model that had limited mobility of rolling forwards and backwards. All vendors and working personnel were sourced by ADPTV from off duty police officers, parking attendants, security and medical personnel, to check-in greeters to make this one-of-a-kind event spring to life.
