ADPTV has been executive producing Vibra Urbana from its inception to present day. We manage the budget in its entirety from initial forecast to settlement, minimizing the potential for runaway costs in the process. As festival director, we oversee all departments including production, operations, talent, and patron experience while monitoring the advance process for staff assets. By working with medical teams, local police, and city officials we meticulously craft site, safety and security plans for the festival’s patrons. Maintaining our rapport with the lively city of Miami is vital to ADPTV, so year after year, we proactively procure required permits of all sorts from amplified sound to alcohol to pyro.
