GT’s Living Foods brought ADPTV on to fully produce an eccentric Halloween Party at the Synergy Kombucha factory in downtown Los Angeles. We were responsible for managing each meticulous detail from conception to execution of the event, providing creative stage design to production direction and overseeing all operations. To maintain a festive mood throughout the venue, we created themed scare zones and immersive candlelit lounges. It's a a magical event with 2,000 guests dressed in their very best spooky costumes.
