ADPTV paid another visit to the Hamptons to produce a bespoke 4th of July private event. With the allotted budget we managed, we created the stage and lighting design before handing off the responsibility to staff to manage those roles. We were responsible for all talent buying to entertain guests ranging from dancers to live music performers and DJs. For experiential decor, we coordinated with vendors who constructed multifunctional elements that coincided with the holiday. Guests walked through archways that posed as photo moments and danced under a disco ball arrangement that we fabricated.
